A STATE GOVERNMENT

The California State is constituted according to a structure. It is consisting of three distinct branches: the legislative, governing, and judicial. Each branch has its own responsibilities and works autonomously to ensure a balance of power. The legislative branch, headed by the General Legislature, is responsible for enacting laws. The executive
